Shipping times & costs
We offer complimentary shipping across Switzerland and Europe. For the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped with trusted express carriers, typically FedEx for Switzerland and Europe, and Nova Post for other destinations. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times: Switzerland 5–8 business days, Europe and the United Kingdom 7–10 business days, rest of the world 10–14 business days. Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer. SIAYNA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing.
Taxes and duties
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Prices do not include import duties, local VAT or customs fees. Depending on the destination country, such charges may be collected by the carrier or local customs authorities upon the parcel's arrival. These charges are the exclusive responsibility of the recipient, cannot be estimated by SIAYNA in advance, and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refused delivery
If a parcel is refused at delivery, or if the recipient fails to pay the applicable customs duties and taxes, the recipient shall bear all associated costs, including original and return shipping fees and any charges applied by the carrier or customs authorities. These amounts will be deducted from any refund. We strongly encourage you to review your order and your country's import rules before purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Return window
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at customercare@siayna.com with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions.
Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Return shipping costs and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer. Where original shipping fees were charged, they are non-refundable. Import duties and taxes paid on delivery are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. You will be notified by email at every step.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, simply return your item for a refund following the procedure above, and place a new order for the desired size. If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, contact us at customercare@siayna.com, we will be happy to help you choose.

Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in CHF, EUR, USD or GBP, excluding delivery costs where applicable. SIAYNA is not subject to VAT registration; therefore no VAT is charged on orders. Orders are invoiced at the price in force at the time of validation. Depending on the destination country, import taxes, local VAT and customs duties may apply; they are the exclusive responsibility of the customer and are generally collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. An order is confirmed once payment has been received in full. SIAYNA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or error in pricing or product information.
Products
Each SIAYNA piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in fabric, colour or finish may occur and are part of the character of handmade garments. Colours may also vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.

What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information needed to fulfil your order: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and payment information (processed securely by our payment providers, we never store your card details).
How we use it
Your data is used to process and deliver your orders, provide customer service, and, only with your consent, send you our newsletter. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate our store (payment processing, shipping carriers, our e-commerce platform Shopify), under their own strict data protection obligations.
